爆炸性环境电感分断放电引燃能力及本安性能评价方法

    应用于煤矿井下的电子电气设备必须通过本质安全评价,以确保其正常工作与发生规定故障时均不具备引燃爆炸性气体的能力。为了探究电感分断放电引燃能力的影响因素及其关系,通过IEC火花试验平台对简单电感电路进行分断放电试验,分析发现电弧电流极限值为分断初始电流,电弧电压极限值随电源电压与电感增大而增大;得到电弧电压极限值对应电弧电流变化率随电感变化的拟合关系式,发现其绝对值随电感增大近似呈幂函数关系减小;将简单电感电路等效为时变电压源的电阻电路模型分析发现电弧功率极限值随分断初始电流、电源电压与电感的增大而增大。基于试验数据和易燃易爆环境下的纯电阻电路与简单电感电路的临界引燃曲线,推导出以临界引燃功率与能量描述爆炸性环境电感分断放电引燃能力的数学表达式,发现电源电压、分断初始电流及电感的增大均使得分断放电的引燃能力增强;基于此,提出了爆炸性环境电感分断放电的本安性能评价方法,对其分析发现:仅当电感能量小于临界引燃电感能量,且电弧功率极限值小于临界引燃功率时,该简单电感电路不具有引燃能力,为本质安全电路。通过与现有本安性能评价方法以及基于IEC火花试验装置的爆炸性试验评价结果对比,证明了所提出引燃能力评价方法的可行性与可靠性,并可良好适用于电感较小等极端场合。

  • Abstract

    The electrical and electronic equipment must be examined and evaluated in coal mines to ensure that it will not ignite the explosive gases in normal operation or in countable faults.To explore the factors affecting the Inductor-Disconnected-Discharge (IDD) ignition capability,a study of the IDD characteristics of the Simple Inductive Circuit (SIC) was conducted on the IEC spark test apparatus.The results show that the maximum arc current is equal to the initial disconnected current,the maximum arc voltage increases with the increase of power supply voltage and inductance.The relationship of the arc current change rate with the inductance when the arc voltage is maximum is obtained,and it is found that the absolute value of the arc current change rate decreases approximately in a power function with the increase of inductance.A resistance circuit model was obtained with time-varying voltage source to equated the SIC,this model shows that the maximum arc power increases with the increase of the initial disconnected current,power supply and inductance.Based on the test and minimum ignition curves of the resistive circuit and the SIC in Type I explosive environment,the expressions describing the IDD ignition capability by critical ignition power and energy are derived.It is found that the IDD ignition capability is enhanced with the increase of initial disconnected current,supply voltage and inductance.The IDD intrinsically safe criterion of SIC in the explosive environment is proposed.It is pointed out that SIC has no ignition capability only when the maximum arc power is less than the critical ignition power and the inductive energy is less than its critical value.The feasibility,reliability and applicability of the IDD ignition capability criterion are proved by comparing the results obtained by the existing intrinsically safe criterion and by the explosion criterion based on the IEC spark test apparatus.
