为研究下部近距离煤层开采引发上煤层工作面煤柱氧化问题.以某煤矿9#煤层2394 工作面回风顺槽煤柱为研究对象.研究了其下方12#煤层2322 工作面开采后采空区上方[两带"分布高度特征和下山边界影响区的范围.研究结果表明.该回风顺槽煤柱处于下煤层工作面采空区上方裂隙带及下山边界影响区范围内.同时.运用FLAC3D 模拟了该煤柱内的应力.位移和变形破坏特征.模拟结果表明.下方12#煤层工作面开采是造成了9#煤层回风顺槽煤柱变形破坏的主要原因.由于煤柱破坏变形及在掘进正压通风的影响下.该煤柱内出现了高温氧化现象.通过采取煤层注水.喷浆隔氧.保障通风等措施.消除了煤柱火灾隐患.
Abstract:In order to study the problem of coal pillar oxidation in the upper coal face caused by the mining of the lower coal seam. the distribution height of the "two zones" above the gob after mining in the working face of No. 12 coal seam which located under the return air trough pillar of 2394 working face in No. 9 coal seam was analyzed. The results show that The coal pillar of the return air roadway is located in the fracture zone above the goaf of the lower coal seam working face and the influence area of the downhill boundary. FLAC3D was used to simulate the stress. displacement. deformation and failure characteristics of the coal pillar. The results show that The main reason for the deformation of the coal pillar in the return air roadway of No. 9 coal seam is due to the mining of No. 12 coal seam working face below it. Due to the damage and deformation of the coal pillar and the influence of positive pressure ventilation in the excavation. high temperature oxidation occurred in the coal pillar. By taking reasonable fire prevention and extinguishing measures. the fire hazard was eliminated.
