    为提高掘进效率、降低劳动强度、实现智能掘进作业,经过长期试验探索,创新研制智能掘锚一体机、锚护转载破碎机组、长距离转载机和自移机尾等装备,建立了掘进、支护、运输、除尘等工序的同步、连续作业机制,形成了掘锚一体机高效掘进系统解决方案。以此系统为平台,研究掘锚一体机等设备的单机智能控制技术和成套系统的协同作业控制技术,研制了激光惯导组合式导航系统,实现了掘锚一体机高效掘进系统智能截割、自动锚护、精确定位导航、自动循坏作业、远程集控等功能,达到掘进作业少人化、无人化的目标。
  • Abstract

    In order to improve the tunneling efficiency, reduce the labor intensity and realize the intelligent tunneling operation, after long-term experimental exploration, the equipment such as intelligent bolter miner, bolter reloader, 50 m belt conveyor system is developed. The synchronous and continuous operation mechanism of tunneling, support, transportation, dust removal and other processes is established, and the efficient tunneling system solution of the bolter miner is formed. Based on this system, the single-machine intelligent control technology of the equipment such as the bolter miner and the collaborative operation control technology of the complete set of systems are studied, and the combined navigation system of laser inertial navigation is developed. The intelligent cutting, automatic bolt supporting, accurate positioning and navigation, automatic recycling operation, remote centralized control and other functions of the efficient tunneling system are realized, so as to achieve the goal of less and unmanned tunneling operation.
