In order to alleviate mining imbalance, low efficiency, employing more than, old equipment, the construction process, to achieve the orderly mining succeed, intelligent equipment, excavating the rapidness, realize the mine safety and efficient and orderly production, in view of the tunneling faces crossing fault unsafe problems such as big, coal quality is poor and dust concentration, intelligent driving system was put forward through fault process, get: ① A complete set of tunneling equipment, including anchoring machine, bolt reloading unit, belt reloading machine and belt conveyor, can realize the tunneling process of integrating digging and anchoring and transporting and breaking, improve the support efficiency, reduce the strength of artificial support, reduce the dust generated by support and the frequency of equipment movement. ② The intelligent centralized control operating system is composed of the face centralized control center, the district team centralized control center and the dispatch centralized control center, which can be used for remote control of the digging anchor machine, the bolt transfer unit, the belt conveyor, the local ventilator, the dust removal box and the distribution chamber, lighting, communication, cameras and drainage facilities. The centralized control center is mainly controlled remotely by 5G technology, sensors and cameras to realize automatic coal cutting, walking, spray dust removal and other actions, so as to achieve the state of “no one is safe”. ③ FLAC3D numerical simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the support design parameters at the rapid fault crossing of a complete set of intelligent driving system. The combined support method of "round steel bolt + steel mesh + anchor cable +W steel belt" has a good control effect on surrounding rock, which has certain reference significance for the rapid fault crossing under similar geological conditions.
