Research on the function and layout of the fuel management and control building in the fuel intelligent project of thermal power enterprises

燃料智能化建设是火电企业杜绝人为干预、提高企业效益、实现燃煤自动采制化的关键手段, 其建设的内容主要包括智能化的采样、制样、存查、传输、化验等设备, 因而需重点考虑设备所在燃料管理楼的功能及布局, 以期为智能化设备匹配及火电企业燃料智能化建设提供参考。结合典型的燃料智能化建设方案流程, 从项目选址要求、楼面朝向、自动化设备布局要点、各楼层功能分区等方面进行探究, 并综合考虑楼内的参观通道、检修通道、整体美观协调以及建设过程中可能存在的地下风险, 提出建设功能完整、美观、经济的燃料管理楼的设计要点。综合宝庆电厂燃料管理楼建设方案, 对设备进行科学布局并实施土建与设备分开招标, 可为智能化设备创造良好的安装运行环境, 其实际运行经验可为火电企业燃料智能化建设提供参考。
Fuel intelligent construction is a key mean for thermal power enterprises to eliminate human intervention,improve enterprise efficiency, and realize automatic coal sampling⁃preparation⁃analyzing. The construction con⁃tent mainly includes intelligent sampling, sample preparation, storage, transmission, and analyzing equipment.Therefore, it is necessary to focus on the function and layout of the fuel management and control building where the e⁃quipment is located, in order to provide a reference for intelligent equipment matching and fuel intelligent construc⁃tion of thermal power enterprises. Combined with the typical fuel intelligent construction scheme process, aspectssuch as project site selection requirements, floor orientation, automation equipment layout key points, and each floorfunction zoning were researched. The visitors passage, maintenance passage, overall aesthetic coordination, andpossible underground risks during construction process were comprehensively considered, the key design points of building a fully functional, beautiful and economical fuel management and control building were put forward. Combi⁃ning with the construction scheme of the fuel management and control building of Baoqing Power Plant, scientific lay⁃out of equipment and separate bidding of civil engineering and equipment were done, a good installation and operationenvironment for intelligent equipment were created. Its actual operation experience can provide reference for the intel⁃ligent construction of fuel in thermal power enterprises.
