In the context of energy security,coal is the cornerstone of modern social development. Relying on the synergistic advantages of the integrated operation of “ coal mining, electricity production, transportation, and chemical industry”, China Energy Investment Group is committed to ensuring coal supply and market stability. In order to cope with fluctuations in the external environment and the impact of uncontrollable factors,and to improve the efficiency and rapid response capability of integrated operation synergy,this paper proposes a “three-dimensional integrated” joint dispatching model. The model focuses on the systematic optimization of organization,business,and platform. The purpose of this model has a great impact on perfecting the supply chain scheduling system,the optimization of the collaborative scheduling mechanism, and improving the business modeling and intelligent decision - making capabilities of the scheduling system. Meanwhile,the model promotes the integration and complementation of planning management and real-time dispatching mode. It supports the development of scheduling lean operations,agile dispatching as well as smart decision-making.
