“双碳”目标的提出是国家重大战略需求,将对煤炭企业的发展产生重大影响。考虑我国以煤为主的能源结构,煤炭企业的转型对国家能源安全的影响重大。本文结合现有煤炭企业发展基础,探讨了煤炭企业转型面临的困难与现实问题,提出了煤炭企业可能的转型方向与具体路径。研究认为,煤炭企业应以国家政策为导向,以保障国家能源安全为前提,在做好资金、人才、技术储备的基础上,中长期往综合矿业、综合能源、化工材料、地下工程、碳资源利用、生态环保、高端装备、现代服务等业务方向转型。助力我国煤炭企业转型,需强化政策设计引导、行业内组织协同与企业能力建设等多方面保障。

Responding to national strategies,“Dual Carbon” target was proposed,and will have a dramatic impact on coal enterprises. Based on the analysis of coal demand projection,we assert that the transformation of coal enterprises is inevitable,and clarify the three major stages of the transformation. According to the status of coal enterprises,the possible obstacles and problems faced by enterprises in the process of transformation are discussed,and the possible transformation directions and pathways are proposed. We suggest that the coal enterprises should prepare capital,talents and technologies,and transform into comprehensive mining,integrated energy,chemical materials,underground engineering,carbon resource utilization,ecological and environmental protection,high-end equipment,modern services and other business in the medium and long term. To facilitate the transformation of coal enterprises in China, it is necessary to strengthen policy design,organizational coordination within the industry,and capacity building.
