摘要
构建现代能源体系和新型电力系统,是我国实现能源转型和“双碳”目标的必要途径。储能作为国家战略新兴产业,对促进新能源消纳具有重要战略意义,其发展规模也与我国能源电力装机、发电结构的发展变迁密切相关。利用模型对我国能源中长期发展路径进行了仿真模拟,研究我国中长期储能需求情况。结果表明,随着新型电力系统的风光新能源占比的逐步提高,储能的装机容量也将大幅提高。同时对高火电情景的模拟结果表明,火电利用率的提升会显著降低储能的需求,同时火电作为稳定电源将在能源保供中发挥重要作用。

Abstract
Building a modern energy system and a new electric system is an essential approach for China to achieve energy transition and the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. As a national strategic industry,energy storage industry has strategic significance for promoting the new energy consumption. The deployment of energy storage is related to the development and change of China’ s energy power installation and power generation structure. The study simulates the China’s medium and long-term energy storage demand corresponding to energy development path. The results indicate that with the gradual increase proportion of wind and solar in new power system,the installed capacity of energy storage will also growth significantly. In the high thermal power scenarios,the thermal power as a stable power source will play an important role in ensuring energy supply and significantly dampen the demand of energy storage.
