The influence of safety climate on safety behavior of coal mine

为详细了解煤矿行业安全氛围对安全行为的影响,解决煤矿行业存在的安全问题,减少煤矿行业安全事故,基于结构方程模型法,从“安全管理,安全意识,安全态度,安全需求”4个方面对其与“安全行为”的关系进行研究,设计了5张问卷调查表,运用AMOS17软件建立结构方程图模型,导入问卷数据进行处理,最后得出问卷的拟合度以及各潜在变量间的路径系数,从而分析出安全氛围对煤矿安全行为的影响因素;并在此基础上,对企业如何营造安全氛围提出建议。
In order to understanding the influence of safety climate on safety behavior in coal mine industry in detail, solve the safetyproblems and reduce safety accidents in the coal mine industry, based on the structural equation model method, this paper studies the “ safetybehavior” relationships from four aspects: safe management, safe awareness, safe attitude and safe requirements. Five questionnaires aredesigned and the structure equation model is established by AMOS17 software. The questionnaires data is imported for processing and finallythe fitting degree of the questionnaire and the path coefficients between the potential variables are obtained. Therefore, the influencing factorsof safety climate on coal mine safety behavior are analyzed and some suggestions on how to create a safety climate are put forward forcorporates.
