Coupling and grey correlation analysis between coal mine safety input and accident control

为了明确煤矿安全投入与事故控制之间的动态关系,提高煤矿安全投入决策水平,对煤矿事故进行分类,根据安全投入和事故评价指标构建容量耦合模型,计算出安全投入和事故控制两系统的耦合度、耦合协调度,并对两系统关系进行探讨;运用灰色关联法,对安全投入与事故控制系统的一级指标进行关联分析,得出指标间的具体关系。研究表明:安全投入与事故控制系统存在高度耦合。其中,安全技术投入对各类事故影响最大,安全管理投入对物理类和其他类事故控制效果较好,但人员投入仍是处理化学类事故的关键因素。
In order to explore the dynamic relationship between coal mine safety input and accident control, and to improve the decisionmaking level of coal mine safety input, it is proposed to establish an accident index system based on accident types. According to the accidentindex system, the capacity coupling model was used to study the relationship between safety input and accident control system, and thecoupling degree and coupling coordination degree were calculated. Based on the result above, the specific relationship of first-level indexbetween safety input and accident control was analyzed by grey correlation method. The research showed that there was a high couplingbetween safety input and accident control system.
