企业文化软实力是企业高质量发展的重要支撑。以神东煤炭集团为研究对象,运用问卷调查和资料分析相结合的方法,依据企业文化四层次结构理论,从精神、制度、行为与物质4个层面出发,诊断和分析了神东煤炭集团企业文化软实力的现状和存在的问题,发现重新架构企业软实力模型对于企业发展至关重要。基于神东煤炭集团发展战略及其对企业文化的要求,构建了由认知共信力、融合管控力、行动执行力、传播感召力、创新驱动力构成的企业文化软实力模型。根据该模型,进一步提出了相应的提升策略,主要包括强化企业创新与学习理念、增进企业制度的激励性与公平性、重视普通员工的切身利益、改善员工的工作环境并全方位打造企业形象等。

Soft power of corporate culture is an important support for high-quality development of enterprise. Taking Shendong Coal Group asthe research object, using a combination of questionnaire survey and data analysis, based on the four-level structure theory of corporateculture, this paper diagnoses and analyses the status quo, problems of the soft power of corporate culture of Shendong Coal Group from fourlevels: spirit, institution, behavior and matter, and found that it is crucial to restructure the model of corporate soft power for corporatedevelopment. Based on the development strategy of Shendong Coal Group and its requirement for corporate culture, this paper constructs asoft power model of corporate culture, which consists of congnitive common trust, integration control, action execution, communication appealand innovation driving. According to this model, the corresponding promotion strategies are further proposed, including strengthening theconcept of enterprise innovation and learning, enhancing the incentive and fairness of enterprise system, paying attention to the vital interestof ordinary employees, improving the working environment of employees and building a comprehensive corporation image.
