    :针对下石节煤矿近距离采空区下综放工作面受冲击地压影响造成回采巷道严重变形的问题,采用理论分析方法,从工作面布置、设备对接工艺和支护参数设计角度,进行综放工作面尺度改造实践。改造技术方案包括扩面改造技术和缩面改造,并针对2种方案从动压、水、火、瓦斯等灾害危险性及经济效益方面开展了安全性和经济性对比分析。研究认为,采用扩面改造技术,重新布置后工作面倾向长度延长了72m,其中一条巷道位于采空区下方应力降低区,可达到工作面安全生产的目的,同时兼顾提高工作面煤炭资源回收率。该研究为类似近距离厚煤层综放开采面临冲击地压问题时的工作面布局提供了一定的借鉴。

  • Abstract

    Aiming at the problem of severe deformation of the mining roadway caused by the impact of rock pressure on thefully mechanized caving face under the close range goaf of Xiashijie Coal Mine, using theoretical analysis methods, the scaletransformation practice of fully mechanized caving face is carried out from the perspectives of working face layout, equipmentdocking process, and support parameter design. The renovation technology plan includes working face expansion transformation technology and working face contraction transformation technology, and a comparative analysis of safety and economicbenefits was conducted for the two plans in terms of disaster risks and economic benefits such as dynamic pressure, water,fire, and gas. Research suggests that the use of working face expansion transformation technology has extended the inclinedlength of the working face by 72 meters after rearrangement. One of the roadways is located in the stress reduction area below the goaf, which can achieve the goal of safe production of the working face while also improving the coal resource recovery rate of the working face. This study provides a certain reference for the layout of working faces facing rock burst problemsin fully mechanized caving mining similar to close range thick coal seams.
