  • 摘要
    以安山煤矿为工程背景,论述智能化无人综采技术的应用现状,通过对智能化无人综采技术的研究与实践,提出“可视远程人工干预+地面操控+井下巡检”的智能化无人综采技术,其主要关键技术为采煤机记忆截割与远程人工干预技术、液压支架跟机自动化与远程人工干预技术、工作面高清晰视频监控技术等。现场应用表明,智能化无人综采技术减员效果明显,大幅提升生产效率和经济效益,推动行业转型发展。
  • Abstract
    Based on the engineering background of Anshan Coal Mine, this paper discusses the application status of intelligent unmanned fully mechanized mining technology. Through continuous research and practice of intelligent unmanned fullymechanized mining technology, the intelligent unmanned fully mechanized mining technology of “ visual remote manual intervention + ground control + underground patrol” is proposed. It is pointed out that the main key technologies are shearermemory cutting and remote manual intervention technology, hydraulic support following machine automation and remotemanual intervention technology, working face high-definition video monitoring technology, etc. The field application showsthat the intelligent unmanned fully mechanized mining technology has obvious effect of reducing personnel, greatly improvesproduction efficiency and economic benefits, and promotes the transformation and development of the industry.
