    在巷道工作面掘进施工过程中,常常会遇到各种异常地质状况,为保障矿井工作面掘进安全,必须查明巷道前方地质异常体的位置、影响程度和影响范围。以黄陵一号煤矿626回风顺槽随掘超前探测为例,简述了随掘超前探测技术的基本原理、施工方法以及布置方式,探讨了该技术在探测巷道前方异常体中的应用。该技术利用掘进机截割煤壁时所诱发的震动作为被动地震震源,随着迎头的推进,迁移监测台站,达到对工作面前方100m范围的实时监测,实现对掘进前方内部静态地质异常体的精细探测以及突出危险区等动态灾变条件的监测预警。通过钻探及后期巷道实际揭露资料,验证了该方法的有效性,该方法能提前为井下工作面掘进透明地质探查提供可靠依据,为安全施工提供有力保障,对矿井巷道超前探测具有一定的推广意义。
  • Abstract
    During the driving construction of roadway working faces, various abnormal geological conditions are often encountered. In order to ensure the safety of driving in working face, it is necessary to find out the location, influence degree and influence range of the geological anomaly body in front of the roadway. Taking advance detection with excavation of 626 returnair roadway in Huangling No. 1 Coal Mine as an example, this paper briefly describes the basic principle, construction method and layout of the advance detection technology along with excavation, this paper discusses the application of this technique in detecting abnormal body in front of roadway. This technology makes use of the vibration induced by the cutting coalwall of roadheader as the passive seismic source, and moves the monitoring station along with the head-on advance to achieve the real-time monitoring in the range of 100 m in front of the working face, it realizes the fine detection of the staticgeological abnormal body and the monitoring and early warning of the dynamic disaster conditions such as the outburst of thedangerous area. The effectiveness of this method is verified by drilling and actual revealed data of later roadway. This methodcan provide reliable basis for transparent geological exploration of underground working face excavation in advance, providea strong guarantee for safe construction, and have certain promotion significance for advanced detection of mine roadway.
