摘要
针对选煤厂胶带机检查存在的保护误操作、巡查不到位、无规范记录等问题,剖析胶带机的特点和检查要求,介绍胶带机智能巡检机器人的应用系统。利用智能巡检机器人对区域内相关设施设备进行巡检,准确收集环境数据、设备工况等信息,实现环境设施设备的异常预警、故障诊断、预警等功能;解决胶带机巡检不能记录,不能准确量化等问题;采用数字图像、声音、准确的数据规则实时存储,实现选煤厂胶带机无人值守、自动检测、自动提醒功能;根据智能检测机器人对设备运行状态进行检测的可行性,阐述智能检测机器人在检测过程中存在的问题,提高胶的智能化管理水平,对提高工作效率、节能降耗等方面具有现实意义。

Abstract
In view of the problems existing in the inspection of the belt conveyor in the coal preparation plant, such as misoperation of protection, inadequate inspection, and lack of standardized records, the characteristics and inspection requirements of the belt conveyor are analyzed, and the application system of the intelligent patrol robot for the belt conveyor is introduced. The intelligent patrol robot is used to patrol the relevant facilities and equipment in the area, accurately collect theenvironmental data, equipment working conditions and other information, and realize the abnormal early warning, fault diagnosis, early warning and other functions of environmental facilities and equipment; Solve the problem that the patrol of beltconveyor cannot be recorded and accurately quantified; Adopt digital image, sound and accurate data rules for real-time storage to realize unattended, automatic detection and automatic reminder functions of belt conveyor in coal preparation plant;According to the feasibility of the intelligent patrol robot to detect the running state of the equipment, this paper expoundsthe problems of the intelligent patrol robot in the detection process, and improves the intelligent management level of the beltconveyor, which has practical significance in improving work efficiency, energy saving and consumption reduction.
