摘要
本文在对煤矿生产辅助系统实地调研的基础上,针对其现有的日常管理运作模式中存在的工作量大、值班人员多、稳定性不高等问题。根据近几年在全国各地煤矿企业设计并实施的煤矿生产辅助系统智能化管理系统项目工程的经验,提出了一种煤矿辅助生产系统智能化及信息化管理系统研究,实现了煤矿辅助生产系统通过自动化控制、智能化管理、信息化服务以保障煤矿正常生产、实现无人值守、减员增效的目的。对煤炭企业贯彻落实国家安全监管总局《关于开展“机械化换人、自动化减人”科技强安专项行动的通知(安监总科技[2015]63号)》文件起到积极有效的推进作用及示范效应,全面提升煤矿安全生产辅助系统智能化信息化管理水平,进一步改善工人劳动环境,实现减员增效及向智慧化矿山建设迈进。

Abstract
Based on the field investigation of coal mine production auxiliary system, aiming at the problems of heavy workload, more on duty personnel and low stability existing in its existing daily management mode. According to the experience ofdesigning and implementing an intelligent management system project for coal mine production auxiliary systems in coalmining enterprises across the country in recent years, this paper proposes a research on intelligent and information management systems for coal mine auxiliary production systems, which achieves the goals of ensuring normal coal mine production,achieving unattended operation, reducing personnel, and increasing efficiency through automatic control, intelligent management, and information services. The document “ Notice on Carrying out the Special Action of” Mechanized Personnel Replacement and Automated Personnel Reduction “ to Strengthen Safety through Science and Technology( AJZKJ〔 2015〕 No.63) ” issued by the State Administration of Work Safety has played a positive and effective role in promoting and demonstrating the implementation of coal enterprises, comprehensively improving the intelligent information management level of coalmine safety production auxiliary systems, further improving the labor environment of workers, achieving personnel reductionand efficiency increase, and moving towards intelligent mine construction.
