摘要
为了更加系统和客观地掌握近期煤矿事故发生的特点及规律,揭示新时期我国煤矿应重点采取的防控措施,本文于2018—2020年煤矿事故数据统计结果,从事故等级、类型、发生时间、地区4个维度进行分析研究。结果表明,近年来全国煤矿事故数量呈下降趋势,死亡人数呈现波动状,主要归因于重大事故的影响,但总体形势具有稳中向下特征;从事故类型上分析,以顶板事故最为严重,其次是瓦斯事故和运输事故,其中瓦斯事故单次死亡人数达4.67人,瓦斯治理依旧是煤炭行业的重中之重;从事故发生空间和时间上看,煤矿事故主要集中在西北部和东北部的产煤大省,事故发生最多的是4月份,造成人员伤亡最严重的是10月份。根据事故统计分析,针对性提出提出管理和技术上的防范措施,可为下一阶段煤矿安全生产工作侧重提供依据。

Abstract
In order to more systematically and objectively grasp the characteristics and laws of recent coal mine accidentsand reveal the key prevention and control measures taken by China’ s coal mines in the new era, based on the statistical results of China’ s coal mine accidents from 2018 to 2020, this paper analyzes and studies from the four dimensions of accidentgrade, type, occurrence time and region. The results show that: In recent years, the number of coal mine accidents in Chinashows a downward trend, and the number of deaths fluctuates, which is mainly due to the impact of major accidents, but theoverall situation is stable and downward; From the analysis of accident types, roof accidents are the most serious, followed bygas accidents and transportation accidents. The single death toll of gas accidents is 4. 67, and gas control is still the top priority of the coal industry; From the perspective of accident space and time, coal mine accidents in China are mainly concentrated in the major coal producing provinces in the northwest and northeast, the most accidents occur in April and the mostserious casualties are in October. According to the accident statistical analysis, the management and technical preventivemeasures are put forward, which can provide a basis for the focus of coal mine safety production in the next stage.
