摘要
针对国内普通防爆大容量铅酸蓄电池存在充电时间过长、需要人工定期添加蒸馏水及无法实现智能化管理的问题。本研究将具有电容特性的矿用特殊型阀控式铅炭铅酸蓄电池应用于防爆重型电驱车,可以将充电时间缩短至普通铅酸电池的1/5左右,同时减少了人工维护成本,通过构建防爆蓄电池在线监测与智能专家管理系统,实现远程监测蓄电池的实时状态,特别是可以先期发现引起电池故障的各种成因并报警提示,延长电池组的使用寿命,有利于井下电驱动无轨胶轮车的进一步推广使用。

Abstract
In the application of domestic ordinary explosion-proof large-capacity lead-acid batteries, the charging time is too long, and manual operation is needed to regularly replenish distilled water, which disables the intelligent management. In this paper, the mine special valve - regulated lead - carbon lead - acid battery with capacitance characteristics is applied to the explosion-proof heavy-duty electric drive car, which can shorten the charging time to about 1/ 5 of that of the ordinary lead-acid battery, while reducing the labor maintenance cost. Through multi-sensor fusion technology, an online monitoring and intelligent expert management system for explosion-proof battery is constructed, which can remotely monitor the real-time state of the battery, especially, it is able to find out the causes of battery failure and alarms in advance, thus to prolong the service life of the battery pack, which is conducive to the further popularization and application of underground electric - driven trackless rubber-tire vehicles.
