Performance of wet neutral LTNR and its application in electronic detonators

为探究湿态中性三硝基间苯二酚铅在电子雷管生产、使用中的可行性,通过试验验证其发火性能,并将其应用于电子雷管用引火药头,研究使用该引火药头的电子雷管的性能,研究表明,以湿态中性三硝基间苯二酚铅为引火药头的电子雷管发火可靠性高,综合性能稳定,药头感度、雷管感度不太高,本质安全性高,可实现电子引火药头的自动化、连续化等人机隔离生产,具有较好的应用前景。
To investigate the feasibility of wet neutral LTNR for electronic detonator production and usage, experiments are conducted to verify its ignition performance. Subsequently, the ignition heads made by the wet neutral LINR are utilized to produce electronic detonators, and their performance is thoroughly evaluated. According to the experiment, the electronic detonator with wet neutral LTNR as the ignition head has the characteristics of high ignition reliability, stable comprehensive performance, low head and detonator sensitivity, and high intrinsic safety. In addition, it can also realize the automatic and continuous man - machine isolation production of electronic ignition head, making it a promising technology for future applications.
