  • 摘要
    为解决活鸡兔井12下203综放大断面切眼在上方为上分层综采采空区且为极薄层间距复杂危险地质条件下安全掘进的技术难题,通过采取适当卧底增加层间距、马丽散“先注后掘”加强支护、增加顶板锚杆和锚索的锚固长度、采用强度更高的钢带和网片、一梁四柱单体钢梁金属棚支护、优化机窝设计、缩短切眼掘进和回采时间间隔,采用一个切眼同时使用一台掘锚机和一台连采机的掘进新工艺等措施,12下203综放大断面切眼安全掘进取得成功,解决了安全生产重大难题,实现了安全无事故,并取得较大的经济效益,对类似复杂危险条件下的采掘工程具有指导和借鉴作用。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the technical problem that the upper fully mechanized mining mined-out area is of extra-thin layer interval with complicated geological conditions above the 203 large section cutting in the lower 12# coal seam in HuojituWell, it is necessary to take appropriate digging floor to increase the layer spacing, adopt malisan material “ injection beforedigging” to strengthen support, increase the anchorage length of roof anchor and cables, use high-strength steel belts, meshesand “ one-beam four pillar” single steel beam shed to support the roof, optimize the machine nest design, shorten the timeinterval of cutting tunneling and mining, and adopt a new tunneling technology of using one anchor digger and one continuous mining machine at the same time. We have achieved complete success in the safe tunneling of the 203 large section cutting of fully mechanized coal caving in the lower 12# coal seam, realized safety without accidents, solved major problems ofsafety production and achieved better economic benefits. It has referential value for mining engineering in the similar complex and dangerous conditions in China’ s coal industry.
