    为响应国家煤矿智能化发展政策,提升禾草沟一号煤矿综采工作面智能化水平,改善职工安全生产作业环境,减少井下作业人员数量,推动矿井安全高效高质量发展。结合国内成熟、可靠的工作面智能化建设经验,对15205综采工作面现有设备进行智能化升级改造设计。建成具有主动感知、自动分析、智能处理的智能化综采工作面,实现对综采设备的井下集中控制和地面远程控制,达到工作面安全、高效、少人化的目标。
  • Abstract
    In response to the national coal mine intelligent development policy, improve the intelligent level of the fullymechanized mining face of Hecaogou No. 1 Coal Mine, enhance the safety of production and working environment for workers, reduce the number of underground workers, and promote mine safety, high-efficiency and high-quality development, combined with the practical and reliable domestic working face intelligent construction experience, the existing equipment of15205 fully mechanized mining face has been intelligently upgraded and designed. An intelligent fully mechanized miningworking face with active perception, automatic analysis and intelligent processing has been built to realize the undergroundcentralized control and ground remote control of the fully mechanized mining equipment, and the goal of safe, efficient andless humanized working face has been achieved.
