摘要
针对有色染料在水中难以被天然降解或被传统污水处理工艺去除的问题,本研究开发了紫外发光二极管(UV-LED)联合高碘酸盐(PI)的高级氧化工艺,以去除水环境中有色染料。 结果表明,该体系适用于较宽的 pH 范围,且当波长约为 270 nm、PI 浓度为 1 mmol/ L 时降解效能最优;环境中 NO-3和 HCO-3对染料去除表现出抑制作用,而 Cl-、SO2-4 和天然腐植酸对体系影响较小。通过淬灭实验和电子顺磁共振实验证实,UV-LED/ PI 体系降解污染物的主要活性物质为羟基自由基( ·OH)和单线态氧( 1O2)。 此外,探究亚甲基蓝(MB) 在体系中的转化产物并提出反应路径,对 MB 及转化产物做多靶点毒性预测,发现转化产物生物可降解性显著提高,但仍然表现出一定的急慢性毒性。

Abstract
To address the issue that dyes are recalcitrant to hydrolysis and conventional water treatmentstrategies, an ultraviolet light-emitting diode (UV-LED) / periodate (PI) advanced oxidation processwas developed for dye removal. The results showed that this system was applicable to a wide pH range.The dyes were completely removed in 40 minutes optimally with 270 nm UV-LED and 1 mmol/ L PI.NO3 and HCO3 showed inhibitory effects on dye decomposition, while Cl-, SO2-4 and humic acid had anegligible effect onthesystem.Quenchingexperiments andelectronparamagneticresonanceexperiments were conducted to explore the reactive species involved in the oxidation process. It wasconfirmed that hydroxyl radicals and singlet oxygen dominated the degradation of pollutants. Inaddition, the transformation products of methylene blue (MB) in the system were explored and the po⁃tential reaction pathway was proposed. Furthermore, the toxicity of MB and the transformation productswere predicted via a series of in silico QSAR-based prediction approaches. It was found that the biode⁃gradability of the transformed products was significantly improved. However, some products still exhibi⁃ted acute / chronic toxicity.
