近距离煤层变层间距开采下位煤层巷道合理位置研究

    为确定宁夏梅花井煤矿近距离煤层变层间距开采条件下位3号煤层巷道的合理位置,结合上位2号煤层232204工作面与下位3号煤层的5组层间钻孔信息,通过理论分析、现场实测与数值模拟的方法,探究了上位2号煤层开采后底板煤岩层的破坏范围,分析了上位煤层开采后底板煤岩层的裂隙发育规律与应力分布规律特征,确定了下位3号煤层工作面回采巷道的合理位置。研究结果表明:依据5组层间钻孔信息计算得出底板煤岩层的最大破坏深度为19.57m,下位3号煤层基本受到上位2号煤层开采的扰动破坏;变层间距条件下裂隙发育区域呈倒梯形,且应力降低区与边界煤柱的最大水平距离为9.69m;考虑1.5倍的安全系数,最终确定了下位煤层回采巷道需内错15m布置,并提出了变层间距条件下巷道分区支护方案。
  • Abstract
    In order to determine the optimum location for entry of the lower seam of contiguous coal seams with variable seam spacing in Meihuajing Coal Mine, theoretical analysis, filed measurement and numerical simulation were carried, combining with the 5 interlayer boreholes information of the lower (No. 3) coal seam and the 232204 working face in the upper (No. 2) coal seam, the failure range of the floor after the upper seam mining was explored. The fracture development regularity and stress distribution characteristics of the floor after the upper seam mining were analyzed, and the optimum location for roadway was determined. The main conclusions are as follows: the maximum failure depth of the floor is 19. 57 m and the lower seam is basically disturbed by the upper seam mining; the inverted trapezoidal zone appears in the fracture development areas with variable spacing mining, and the maximum horizontal distance between the stress-relief area and boundary pillar is 9. 69 m. Finally, the roadway of lower seam was arranged with an inner stagger distance of 15 m, considering a 1. 5 safety factor, forming a scheme of regional roadway support under variable seam spacing.
