摘要
针对突出煤层分叉区域工作面开采过程中2下煤层卸压瓦斯大量涌出、上隅角瓦斯治理困难等问题,采取在上顺槽施工底板定向长钻孔、下顺槽施工拦截钻孔截流抽采相结合瓦斯治理技术,研究底板拦截钻孔布孔方式、层位及抽采范围,显著提高拦截钻孔的成孔率和抽采效果,实现了瓦斯零超限。

Abstract
In view of the problems of a large amount of gas gushing out in the 2lower coal seam pressure relief during the mining process in the forked area working face of the protruding coal seam, as well as the difficulty in administering gas in the upper corner, a combination gas administer technology of bottom plate directional long drilling holes in the upper groove construction and interception drilling holes for interception and drainage in the lower groove construction is adopted. The holes layout mode, layer, and drainage range of the interception drilling holes in the bottom plate are studied, significantly improving the hole formation rate and drainage effect of the interception drilling holes, and achieving zero gas exceeding limit.
