摘要
为了解决低变质煤层工作面回风隅角CO超限问题,在大南湖一矿利用引排风机进行了回风隅角CO负压引排可行性验证试验。试验证明抽放治理CO超限是可行的,据此设计了大南湖一矿负压引排系统,并提出了回风隅角CO负压引排无分支插管引排和多分支插管引排两种引排方法。经现场应用,回风隅角CO浓度由1.2×10-4以上降至2.4×10-5以下。

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of CO exceeding the limit at the return air corner of the low metamorphic coal seam working face, a feasibility verification test is conducted on the negative pressure exhaust of CO at the return air corner using an exhaust air fan in Dananhu No.1 Mine. The test proves that the extraction and administer of CO exceeding the limit is feasible. According to this, a negative pressure exhaust system is designed for Dananhu No.1 Mine, and two exhaust methods are proposed: the negative pressure exhaust of CO at the return air corner without branch intubation exhaust and multi branch intubation exhaust, after on-site application, the CO concentration at the return air corner decreased from 1.2×10-4 above to 2.4×10-5 below.
