摘要
针对庞庞塔矿5106综采工作面切眼施工期间地质条件复杂、断面大、切眼围岩变形大等问题,提出先施工切眼导硐,再二次扩刷的大断面切眼施工工艺,采用了“锚网索+注浆+单体支柱”联合支护方式。现场应用表明:切眼过断层破碎带期间,顶底板及两帮相对移近量最大值分别为138.72mm、81.62mm,无冒顶及片帮现象,围岩控制效果较好。

Abstract
In view of the problems of complex geological conditions, large section, and large deformation of the hole cutting surrounding rock during the hole cutting construction of the 5106 fully mechanized mining face in Pangpangta Mine, a large section hole cutting construction technology is proposed, in which the hole cutting guide adit is constructed first, and then the second expanding brush is used. The combined support method of "anchor mesh cable+grouting+single pillar" is adopted. The on-site application shows that during the period of hole cutting passing through the fault fracture zone, the maximum relative displacement of the roof, floor, and two sides is 138.72 mm and 81.62 mm, respectively. There is no phenomenon of roof fall or wall caving, and the surrounding rock control effect is good.
