    由于我国以煤为主的能源资源禀赋以及煤电稳定可靠灵活性高的特性,使得煤炭与煤电将在新型电力系统的构建以及稳定运行过程中仍具有较长期的、不可替代的作用。在国家碳达峰、碳中和的战略目标下,兼顾减碳与能源电力保供、经济可持续与系统成本最优,在分析煤电协同供应链发展的基础上,提出煤电产业链协同发展的可实施方法及路径;并从机制、信息、资金以及考核等方面,提出政策建议。

  • Abstract

    Due to China’s coal based energy resource endowment and the high stability, reliability, and flexibility of coal-fired power generation, coal and coal-fired power will still play a long-term and irreplaceable role in the construction and stable operation of new power systems. Under the strategic goal of national carbon peak and carbon neutrality, balancing carbon reduction with energy and electricity supply guarantee, economic sustainability, and system cost optimization, and based on the analysis of the development of coal and electricity collaborative supply chain, feasible methods and paths for the collaborative development of coal and electricity industry chain are proposed, and policy suggestions are proposed from mechanisms, information, funds, and assessments.
