进入“十四五”,国际能源危机、国内拉闸限电的发生以及新型电力系统的构建,使得煤电迎来了新的转机,煤电未来的发展方式引人深思。首先叙述了煤电在“十四五”前期为能源保供与经济发展所做出的牺牲、面临的困难。然后分析了煤电在“十四五”中后期随着政策导向、电力规划及市场供需形势的变化而迎来转机的客观性。最后从煤电企业、技术创新、市场机制及国家政策等4个方面,为煤电在新环境下如何把握发展机遇,提升煤电企业可持续发展能力,加快新型能源体系建设,确保能源保供提出一系列对策与建议。

Entering the “14th Five - Year Plan”, the international energy crisis, the occurrence of domestic power rationing and the construction of new power systems have made coal-fired power usher in a new turn, and the future development of coal power is thoughtprovoking. The article first describes the sacrifices and difficulties faced by coal-fired power in the early stages of the 14th Five Year Plan for ensuring energy supply and economic development, and then analyzes the objectivity of the turnaround faced by coal-fired power in the middle and later stages of the 14th Five Year Plan with changes in policy orientation, power planning, and market supply and demand situation. Finally, from the four aspects of coal-fired power enterprises, technological innovation, market mechanism and national policy, this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions on how to seize the development opportunities of coal-fired power in the new environment, improve the sustainable development ability of coal-fired power enterprises, accelerate the construction of new energy system, and ensure energy supply.
