    山东省是全国第一大供热需求大省和第二大电力需求大省,煤电承担着主要的供热和供电功能,探索燃煤热电行业减煤是减污降碳的主要途径之一。通过研究燃煤热电在污染物和碳排放中存在的问题,提出燃煤热电行业减污降碳发展的多种路径;并从淘汰落后产能、解绑热电产能、退出机制和行业监管等方面,提出减污降碳的政策性建议。
  • Abstract
    Shandong Province is the largest province in terms of heating demand and the second largest province in terms of electricity demand in China. Coal fired power plays a major role in heating and power supply. Exploring coal reduction in the coal-fired thermal power industry is one of the main ways to reduce pollution and carbon emissions. By studying the problems of coal -fired thermoelectricity in pollutants and carbon emissions, a variety of paths for the development of pollution reduction and carbon reduction in coal - fired thermoelectricity industry are proposed. And propose policy recommendations for reducing pollution and carbon emissions from aspects such as eliminating outdated production capacity, unbinding thermal power production capacity, exiting mechanisms, and industry regulation.
