    井下钻具的共振可能会损坏钻具甚至造成井下事故,对井下振动进行实时测量非常有必要。然而目前常规传感器的井下电池和电缆的供电方式会降低钻探效率,因此具有井下发电功能的传感器将更加适宜实际工况。针对此情况,研制了一种具有自发电功能的振动传感器,其利用振动工况诱导传感器内部纳米材料相互摩擦进行发电,同时利用摩擦电信号与振动信号的对应关系实现对振动的测量。室内试验结果表明,传感器的输出信号幅值可达7.3V,最大发电功率约0.84μW,振动测量范围为0~13Hz,振动测量误差小于5%,可在小于250及井下超高温传感器技术的研究提供一定的借鉴。℃的温度范围内正常工作。研究成果可为井下发电
  • Abstract
    The resonance of downhole accessories for rotary drilling may damage the accessories for rotary drilling and even cause downhole accidents, so it is necessary to measure the downhole vibration in real time. However, the current conventional power supply methods of downhole batteries and cables will reduce the drilling efficiency, so sensors with downhole power generation function will be more suitable for actual operation condition. In view of this situation, a self-powered vibration sensor is developed, which uses the vibration condition to induce mutual friction between the nanomaterials inside the sensor to generate electricity, and uses the corresponding relationship between the friction signal and the vibration signal to measure the vibration. The indoor test results show that the output signal amplitude of the sensor can reach 7. 3 V, the maximum output power is about 0. 84 μW, the vibration measurement range is 0 Hz to 13 Hz, the vibration measurement error is less than 5%, and the sensor can work normally in the temperature range of less than 250 ℃ . The research results can provide some reference for the researchers of downhole power generation and downhole ultra-high temperature sensor technology.
