摘要
煤与瓦斯突出矿井中影响煤矿安全生产重要因素之一就是瓦斯的治理工作,采用抽采的方式来防治瓦斯事故是最有效的措施,在瓦斯抽采过程中采用囊袋式“两堵一注”带压封孔工艺。大隆矿存在施工的钻孔分布数量多、封孔材料消耗量大、购买成本高、材质强度低等问题,通过材料的选取和优化设计,提出更换工艺材料的方法,达到了预期的使用效果,提高了瓦斯抽采率,节省91%材料费用支出。

Abstract
One of the important factors affecting the safety production of coal mines in coal and gas outburst mines is the administer work of gas. The most effective measure to prevent gas accidents is to use extraction method. During the gas extraction process, the bag type "two blockages and one injection" pressure hole sealing process is used. The mine has problems such as a large number of drilling holes distribution, high consumption amount of hole sealing materials, high purchase costs, and low material strength. Through material selection and optimization design, the method of replacing process materials is proposed, achieving the expected usage effect and improving the gas extraction rate, saving 91% of material expenses.
