摘要
针对输送带在四台矿运行中出现的超速、跑偏、堆煤、烟雾等问题,依据带式输送机安全监测的运行机制,设计出分布式安全监测系统方案。根据主站的功能,基于串口调试助手,将数据传输到虚拟串口,对带式输送机正常工作和故障出现的两种情况进行测试,同时对主站LabVIEW的安全交城程序进行了试验。结果证明:设计的安全监测程序可以实现对故障的判断与预警、数据的存储与查询,从而达到设计目标。

Abstract
Based on the operating mechanism of belt conveyor safety monitoring, a distributed safety monitoring system scheme is designed to address issues such as overspeed, deviation, coal stacking, and smoke that occur during the operation of the conveyor belt in Sitai Mine. Based on the functions of the main station and the serial port debugging assistant, data is transmitted to the virtual serial port to test the normal operation and fault occurrence of the belt conveyor. At the same time, the safety communication program of the main station LabVIEW is tested. The results show that the designed safety monitoring program can achieve fault diagnosis and warning, data storage and query, and thus achieve the design goals.
