摘要
为了解决煤层测压过程中利用常规水泥砂浆封孔受到煤体应力作用导致测压成功率较低的问题,提出利用新型相变凝胶材料代替水泥砂浆对测压钻孔进行密封,通过试验确定了中能煤矿静压水与凝胶材料的最佳配比为3:100。现场施工测压钻孔测得中能煤业3号煤二采区瓦斯压力为0.212~0.276 MPa,大于水泥注浆封孔所测定压力值,且测压成功率更高。

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of low success rate of pressure measurement due to the stress of coal body caused by sealing holes with conventional cement mortar in the process of pressure measurement of coal seams, a new type of phase change gel materials is proposed to replace cement mortar to seal pressure measurement and drilling holes. Through tests, the optimal ratio of static pressure water and gel material in Zhongneng Coal Mine is determined to be 3:100. The gas pressure in the second mining area of No. 3 coal seam of Zhongneng Coal Industry measured by on-site construction pressure measurement and drilling is 0.212-0.276 MPa, which is greater than the pressure value measured by cement grouting hole sealing, and the success rate of pressure measurement is higher.
