摘要
为确保切顶卸压无煤柱自成巷工艺在三交河矿的成功应用,以10-2072巷留巷为背景,运用理论计算、现场实验等手段,进行顶板爆破、恒阻锚索补强、临时支护等措施,设计相关参数。实践表明,留巷围岩稳定后顶底板移近量最大为200~300 mm,两帮移近量最大为250~400 mm,实现了切顶卸压沿空留巷技术的成功应用,可为相似条件下无煤柱开采提供借鉴。

Abstract
In order to ensure the successful application of the roof cutting and pressure relief non coal pillar self forming roadway process in Sanjiaohe Mine, taking the retained roadway of the 10-2072 roadway as the background, theoretical calculations, on-site experiments and other methods are used to carry out roof blasting, constant resistance anchor cable reinforcement, temporary support and other measures, and design relevant parameters. The practice showed that after the retained roadway surrounding rock is stabilized, the maximum displacement amount of the roof and floor is 200-300 mm, and the maximum displacement amount of the two sides is 250-400 mm. The successful application of roof cutting and pressure relief and retaining roadway along goaf technology is achieved, which can be used as a reference for non coal pillar mining under similar conditions.
