摘要
为提高干河煤矿2#煤层采出率和巷道利用率,设计在2-3011巷进行切顶卸压无煤柱自成巷。采用理论计算、矿压监测等手段,设计顶板预裂钻孔及参数,优选门式支架型号,监测巷道表面收敛情况。结果表明:2-3011巷留巷后,高度最大收敛量750 mm,宽度最大收敛量580 mm,围岩整体稳定,在经济、安全等方面取得良好效益。

Abstract
In order to improve the recovery rate and roadway utilization rate of the 2# Coal Seam in Ganhe Coal Mine, a self formed roadway without coal pillars for roof cutting and pressure relief is designed in the 2-3011 roadway. Using theoretical calculations, mine pressure monitoring, and other methods, design roof presplitting drilling and parameters, optimize and select the model of portal support, and monitor the convergence situation of the roadway surface. The results show that after retaining the roadway for the 2-3011 roadway, the maximum convergence amount of height is 750 mm, and the maximum convergence amount of width is 580 mm. The surrounding rock is stable in the whole, and achieves good benefits in terms of economy, security, and so on.
