煤气化技术是保障我国能源安全的关键技术之一,其中固定床固态排渣碎煤加压气化技术具有一定的市场适应性且在国内有着广泛的应用,但存在废水产量大且难处理的缺点,因而其应用技术有待进一步改进提升。介绍固定床固态排渣碎煤加压气化技术的起源以及在国内的简要研究发展历程,对其技术特点进行分析,并剖析此技术在国内的主要应用现状及设想未来的发展趋势。通过对气化炉的废水处理技术的研发,固定床固态排渣碎煤加压气化技术会更加完善。煤气水减量化技术已进入工业化安装调试阶段,相关技术的研发和应用可促进固定床固态排渣碎煤加压气化技术节约成本及减少水资源使用。

Coal gasification technology is one of the key technologies to ensure China’ s energy security, amongwhich fixed bed dry bottom crushed coal pressurized gasification technology has certain market adaptability and haswide application in China. However, there are disadvantages of large wastewater production and difficult treatment,and its application technology needs further improvement and upgrading. This paper introduced the origin of fixed beddry bottom crushed coal pressurized gasification technology and the brief research and development history in China,analyzed its technical characteristics and the main application status of this technology in China, and envisaged thefuture development trend. Through the research and development of wastewater treatment technology of gasifier, thefixed bed dry bottom crushed coal pressurized gasification technology will be more perfect. The coal gas water reduc⁃tion technology has entered the stage of industrial installation and commissioning. The development and application ofrelated technologies can effectively bring into play the cost saving and water use reduction effects of fixed bed dry bot⁃tom crushed coal pressurized gasification technology.
