    煤炭检测工作中的采制样准确性与火电企业的经济效益具有密切的相关关系,而通过煤炭全自动采样与制样系统的一体化设计,可实现采制样全过程的无人干预以确保煤炭采制样的准确性、完整性和代表性。介绍全自动采制一体化系统的结构组成及工艺流程,针对目前市面上的全自动采制一体化系统在实际应用中的现况及存在的问题,从初采样量与各级缩分留样量不足、过筛率不达标、采制样品损失、设备运行稳定性等方面进行原因分析,通过试验验算全自动采制一体化系统的精密度数据,并总结全自动采制一体化系统运行维护的具体措施。基于运行维护是保证全自动采制一体化系统稳定运行、数据可靠的必要前提,采取建立完善的设备维护保养制度与管控系统、定期统计分析设备故障日志等运维措施,并建议定期检查设备的运行状态、及时更换易损件、保持设备清洁卫生、建立完善的维护档案等,以期提高采制样工作的准确性及为用煤企业的质量控制提供可靠的数据支持。

  • Abstract

    The accuracy of sampling and sample preparation in coal testing is closely related to the economic benefitof thermal power enterprises. Through the integrated design of automatic sampling and sample preparation system forcoal, the whole process of sampling and sample preparation can be realized without human intervention to ensure theaccuracy, integrity and representativeness of sampling and sample preparation. This paper introduced the structureand process flow of China’ s integrated system of full⁃automatic sampling and sample preparation system. Based onthe actual application situation and existing problems of the system in the market, the reasons were analyzed from as⁃pects such as insufficient initial sampling amount and retained sample amount after dividing at all levels, no compli⁃ance of screening rate, sample loss, equipment operation stability and so on. The precision data of the integratedfull⁃automatic sampling and sample preparation system is calculated through the test, and the specific measures of op⁃erational maintenance of the system were summarized. Based on the fact that operational maintenance is a necessaryprerequisite to ensure the stable operation and reliable data of the system, operational maintenance measures such asthe establishment of a perfect equipment maintenance system, control system and regular statistical analysis of equip⁃ment failure logs were adopted. To improve the accuracy of sampling and sample preparation work and provide reliabledata support for the quality control of coal enterprises, the following maintenance works are recommended such aschecking the running status of the equipment regularly, replacing the wearing parts in time, keeping the equipmentclean and healthy and establishing a perfect maintenance file and so on.
