不同粒度存查煤样稳定性与最优存放时间关系探究

    不同粒度存查煤样在常规储存条件下存放一定时间后,其性质发生一定的改变后影响煤质的稳定性,但存查煤样的稳定性对煤质分析结果的二次分析起至关重要的作用,因而需探究不同粒度存查煤样的稳定性与最优存放时间的关系,以期为现场煤样存储工作提供合理化的指导建议。实验选取不同粒度条件下特低灰、神混、石炭3种系列煤的存查煤样,研究灰分、挥发分和发热量随时间的变化规律,分析3种系列煤的最优保存粒度和最长存放期限。结果表明:特低灰煤的存查煤样最长存放时间为60d,神混系列煤的存查煤样最长存放时间以不超过60d为宜,石炭系列煤的存查煤样在120d内无明显变化,建议3种系列煤均以标称最大粒度为3mm的煤样作为存查煤样。
  • Abstract
    Reserve coal samples with different particle sizes are stored for a certain period of time under conventionalstorage conditions, and their properties change to a certain extent, which affects the stability of coal quality. Howev⁃er, the stability of reserve coal samples plays a crucial role in the secondary analysis of coal quality, and therefore,it is necessary to investigate the relationship between the stability of reserve coal samples and the optimal storage timein order to provide reasonable guidance for field coal sample storage work.In this study,the reserve coal samples ofthree series(ultra⁃low ash coal,Shenmixed series,carboniferous series) with different particle sizes were selected tostudy the changes of ash,volatile content and calorific value with time,and the optimal storage particle size and maxi⁃mum storage period for each series were analyzed.The results show that the maximum storage time of ultra⁃low ash coalsamples is 60 d,the maximum storage time of Shenmixed series coal samples should not exceed 60 d,and the storagetime of carboniferous series coal samples does not change significantly within 120 d.It is suggested that the coal sam⁃ples with the nominal maximum particle size of 3 mm should be used as reserve samples for the three series coal.
