摘要
为保证吊装电控箱在振动影响下的安全性及可靠性,综合电控箱、运动顶板、减振器的影响建立吊装电控箱振动系统力学模型,分析电控箱模态以及受简谐激振力时的振动响应情况。结果显示,电控箱前六阶模态固有频率集中在60~110Hz之间,不同频率的激振载荷下各取样点位移和加速度在重力方向响应程度最大,系统在92Hz附近时电控箱与输入载荷达到共振。结论推断吊装电控箱振动系统引起共振的模态阶数为第3阶,需要避开此频率。电控箱振动在重力方向最大,顶板升降运动时需要控制加速度,避免引起电控箱振动。研究结果为吊装电控箱减振设计提供理论支撑。

Abstract
To ensure the safety and reliability of the hoisting electronic control box under the influence ofvibration, a mechanical model of the hoisting electronic control box vibration system was established based on theinfluence of the electronic control box, moving top plate, and shock absorber, and the vibration response of theelectronic control box mode and under simple harmonic excitation force was analyzed. The results showed that thenatural frequencies of the first six modes of the electronic control box were concentrated between 60 and 110 Hz.The displacement and acceleration of each sampling point have the greatest response in the direction of gravity underexcitation loads of different frequencies. The electronic control box resonated with the input load when the systemwas around 92 Hz. The conclusion inferred that the modal order of resonance caused by the vibration system of thelifting electronic control box was the third order, and this frequency needed to be avoided. The vibration of theelectronic control box was maximum in the direction of gravity, and the acceleration needed to be controlled duringthe lifting movement of the top plate to avoid causing vibration of the electronic control box. The research resultsprovide theoretical support for the vibration reduction design of the lifting electronic control box.
