为解决跨网络环境下产品全生命周期管理系统(ProductLifecycleManagement,PLM)与其他应用系统之间的信息共享、业务贯通等问题,探讨PLM系统集成技术的实现方法。通过网闸设备,采用WebService标准接口,实现了企业多业务系统之间的集成。通过该集成方案,实现了物料数据、BOM数据、工艺数据的跨网络流转,有效地构建了科研设计与生产执行闭环管理。

To address the issues of information sharing and business integration between Product LifecycleManagement (PLM) and other application systems in a cross network environment, the implementation methods ofPLM system integration technology were explored.By using gatekeeper devices and Web Service standardinterfaces, integration between enterprise multibusiness systems has been achieved.Through this integrationscheme, the cross network flow of material data, BOM data and process data was realized, and the closedloopmanagement of scientific research design and production execution was effectively constructed.
