摘要

针对当前我国多数铁路快速定量装车系统智能化水平不高,人工装车严重依赖操作人员技能水平,导致装车效率较低的问题,研究铁路智能装车关键技术,将智能控制技术与信息化技术相结合,旨在实现铁路装车过程中的无人操作、故障报警、远程监控、信息共享等技术目标,实现减人增效的经济目标。研究成果已在天地王坡煤业有限公司得到成功应用。
Abstract

In response to the current low level of intelligence in most railway rapid quantitative loading systems inChina, where manual loading heavily relies on the skill level of operators, resulting in low loading efficiency, thekey technologies of railway intelligent loading were studied. The combination of intelligent control technology andinformation technology aims to achieve technical goals such as unmanned operation, fault alarm, remotemonitoring, and information sharing during the railway loading process. The economic goal of reducing personneland increasing efficiency was achieved. The research results have been successfully applied in Tiandi Wangpo CoalIndustry Limited Company.
