    合理缩减采区保护煤柱的留设尺寸是提高资源回采率的有效措施。为探究采动状态下缩小煤柱的采区巷道围岩的矿压显现规律,以黄陵二号煤矿原综采工作面35m保护煤柱优化为17.5m小煤柱的技术工程为例,通过对工作面推进过程中的辅运巷道顶底板与两帮的移进量、锚索的外露长度与载荷变化情况、煤柱内部的支承压力演化趋势进行全方位、多尺度的监测,对巷道围岩变形与采动应力进行了实测分析与研究。结果表明,工作面进入小煤柱区域1300m区段,除底鼓外未出现大的变形和强矿压显现;辅运巷受采动影响区域为超前工作面220m至工作面推进后的350m;辅运巷煤柱帮部深度13m的位置为煤柱围岩应力最大集中区域;围岩变形与应力变化随着工作面的推进趋于稳定,初步判断辅运巷应力场与位移场的扩展达到相对均衡的稳定阶段。该研究为缩小煤柱留设宽度和优化巷道支护参数提供了理论依据。

  • Abstract

    Reasonable reduction of the size of the protective coal pillar in the mining area is an effective measure to improvethe resource recovery rate. In order to investigate the law of mineral pressure behavior in the surrounding rock of the miningarea roadway with reduced coal pillar under the mining state, the technical project of optimizing the 35 m protective coal pillar to 17. 5 m small coal pillar in the original comprehensive mining working face of Huangling No. 2 Coal Mine is taken asan example. The deformation and mining stress of the roadway surrounding rocks were analyzed and studied by monitoringthe amount of the roof and floor movement of the auxiliary transportation roadway and the two sides during the advancementof the working face, the exposed length and load changes of the anchor cable, and the evolution trend of the supporting pressure inside the coal pillar. The results show that no major deformation and strong mine pressure behavior when the workingface advancing into the 1 300 m section of the small coal pillar area, except for the floor heave. The area affected by miningin the auxiliary transportation lane is from 220 m ahead of the working face to 350 m after the working face advances. 13 mdepth of the coal pillar side in the auxiliary transportation lane is the area of maximum concentration of stress in the coal pillar surrounding rock. The deformation and stress changes of the surrounding rock tend to be stable with the advance of theworking face, and the preliminary judgment is that the expansion of the stress field and displacement field of the auxiliarytransportation roadway has reached a relatively balanced and stable stage. The study provides a theoretical basis for reducingthe width of coal pillars and optimizing the support parameters of the roadway.
