Abstract
In order to solve the problem of strong mine pressure behavior in shallow coal seam working face when it passedthrough the gully terrain, taking 1305-2 working face of Zhujiamao Coal Mine as an engineering background, the field measurement method was adopted to analyze the weighting step and weighting intensity of the working face before and afterweighting, and the characteristics of mine pressure behavior in each area of the working face were determined. The blastingpresplitting technology was used to relieve the roof pressure, and the field application shows that the effect was good, whichensures the safety and stability of the subsequent mining face. The results show that the 1305-2 working face had frequentweighting during the uphill section of the gully area, and there were twice strong strata behaviors. The weighting interval innormal mining of the working face was 8 ~ 16 m, and was reduced to 4 ~ 6 m during the weighting period, and the weightingintensity reaches 54 MPa, which exceeds 80% of the rated working resistance of the support. The working face was characterized by “ weak at both ends and strong in the middle” , and the ground surface is correspondingly stepped subsidence. Therefore, after adopting the roof hydraulic fracturing technology, the weighting strength of the working face is obviously reduced, achieving the goal of safe production in the working face.
