工作面开采过程中区段煤柱合理留设宽度对矿山提高回采率及巷道围岩稳定性具有重要作用。以彬长矿区某矿综采工作面区段煤柱留设为研究背景,通过区段煤柱宽度理论计算,得出煤柱宽度为7.9~9.8m。利用数值模拟方法分别对8m、10m、15m煤柱宽度条件下工作面开采过程中的煤柱垂直应力、水平应力和位移进行研究,发现从平衡应力场状态出发,留设8~10m宽度煤柱以确保应对较长时间尺度下煤岩体非塑性状态的蠕变和流变;而从平衡后的位移场出发,选择留设8m煤柱即可满足其变形很小且有一定有效宽度并处于良好弹性状态,同时能够发挥其对顶底板岩层的支承作用和对巷道的保护作用。综合分析相关结果并应用于工程实践中,得出了区段煤柱合理留设尺寸,为类似条件下区段煤柱的留设提供了依据。
Reasonable width of coal pillar in working face plays an important role in improving recovery rate and stability ofroadway surrounding rock. Based on the research background of coal pillar layout of a fully mechanized mining face in Binchang Mining area, the width of coal pillar is 7. 9 ~ 9. 8 m by theoretical calculation of the width of coal pillar. The numerical simulation method is used to study the vertical stress, horizontal stress and displacement of coal pillar in the miningprocess under the condition of 8 m, 10 m and 15 m coal pillar width. The results show that, starting from the equilibriumstress field state, 8 ~ 10 m coal pillar width is set to ensure the non-plastic creep and rheological state of coal rock mass ina long time period. Starting from the balanced displacement field, 8 m coal pillar can be selected to satisfy its small deformation with a certain effective width in a good elastic state. At the same time, it can play its supporting role on the roof andfloor strata and protect the roadway. After comprehensive analysis of the relevant results and application in engineering practice, the reasonable size of section coal pillar is obtained, which provides a basis for coal pillar setting in similar conditions.
