    双重保护层开采后,被保护层充分卸压,但中间层遗留的护巷煤柱形成应力集中,需要对被保护区域及应力集中范围的防突效果进行考察研究,为被保护层开采设计提供依据。以下峪口煤矿23306下工作面为例,采用卸压保护理论及煤柱影响带确定理论分析了被保护层的有效保护范围,在有效保护范围及煤柱应力影响区域内采用现场测试残余瓦斯含量的方式评价了区域防突效果。经测试,最大残余瓦斯含量为5.73m3/t,小于临界值,被保护区域防突效果有效。
  • Abstract
    After mining the double protective layer, the pressure of the protected layer is fully relieved. However, due to thestress concentration caused by the retaining pillar in the middle layer, the outburst prevention effect in the protected areaand the stress concentration range needs to be investigated to provide a basis for the mining design of the protected layer.Takiing the 23306 lower working face of Xiayukou Coal Mine as an example, the effective protection range of the protectedlayer is analyzed using the theory of pressure relief protection and determination of coal pillar influential zone. In the effective protection area and the area affected by coal pillar stress, the regional outburst prevention effect was evaluated by on-sitetesting of residual gas content. The test shows that the maximum residual gas content is 5. 73 m3 / t, which is less than thecritical value. The outburst prevention effect of the protected area is effective.
