    为优化超长距离薄煤层工作面巷道支护的实际应用方法,以袁大滩煤矿11203工作面为研究对象,通过地质调查、理论分析、现场实践等手段,分析巷道围岩自稳特征,得出极限自稳隐形拱和自稳隐形拱的高度,设计出相关补强支护参数,并进行现场验证。研究结果表明,根据极限自稳隐形拱和自稳隐形拱的最大高度,可确定出用锚杆锚索最低长度分别为2.5m、8.3m,并根据采动影响提出了补强支护的3种要素。通过现场实施情况可知,超长距离薄煤层工作面巷道补强支护加固了围岩的自稳性,巷道的围岩变形被控制在45mm,取得了良好的支护效果。
  • Abstract
    In order to study the roadway support of ultra-long distance with thin coal seam working face, taking 11203 working face of Yuandatan Coal Mine as the research object, through geological survey, theoretical analysis and field practice, theself-stabilized hidden characteristics of roadway surrounding rock were analyzed, the height of ultimate self-stabilized hiddenarch and self-stabilized hidden arch was obtained, and the related reinforcement support parameters were designed and verified on site. The result shows that in light of the maximum height of ultimate self-stabilized hidden arch and self-stabilizedhidden arch, the minimum length of anchor bolt and cable are 2. 5 m and 8. 3 m, respectively. According to the influence ofmining, the three elements of reinforcing support are put forward. Through the field implementation, it can be seen that theself-stability of surrounding rock is reinforced by the roadway reinforcement support of ultra-long distance thin coal seamworking face, and the surrounding rock deformation of roadway is controlled at 45 mm with a good supporting effect.
