为了解决拱形巷道超前段临时支护装置支护时间长、操作繁琐、空顶作业的难题,通过对拱形巷道围岩变化情况的分析以及现有超前段支护形式的探索,借鉴矩形巷道超前临时巷道支护装置的支护形式,研究并应用适用于拱形巷道的超前段临时支护装置,以乳化液为动力,采用立柱和钢梁铰接的形式,实现对掘进工作面迎头接顶和全断面支护。沿工作面掘进方向,采用滑移式,使用远程遥控技术,实现临时支护装置的交错前进;配套掘锚机,操作人员置身于安全环境下,杜绝空顶作业现象的发生。该装置的研究与应用,有效缩短超前段支护时间,营造安全作业环境,进一步提高拱形巷道掘进效率。
In order to solve the problems of long support time, complicated operation and empty roof operation of the overfront temporary support device of an arch roadway, and through analysis of the change of the surrounding rock of the archroadway, the existing over-front support form is explored, and referring to the support form of the over-front temporary support device of the rectangular roadway, the over-front temporary support device suitable for the arch roadway is studied. Using emulsion as power and adopting the hinged column and steel beam, we realize head-on roof connection and full-sectionsupport of the driving face. Along the driving direction of the working face, the stepping type and remote control technologyare adopted to realize the alternated advance of temporary support devices. The operator is in a safe environment to preventthe occurrence of empty roof operation thanks to equipped with anchor digger. The research and application of the device caneffectively shorten the support time of the front section, create a safe working environment, and further improve the excavation efficiency of the arch roadway.
