    煤矿井下大都建有矿井灾害预警系统、车辆管理系统、矿井应急避险系统、人员定位系统、安全监测监控系统,部分矿井还有矿井人员健康监测系统。随着越来越多的煤矿智能手机终端、摄像头、手机手环、安全帽等智能化装备应用于井下,亟需设计一套依靠多种要素数据联合分析预警的综合指挥指引系统,以充分利用最新科技手段,实现现有矿井安全保障系统之间、智能化装备之间的数据互联,畅通电话、短讯息、语音广播、安全帽和手持终端振动等多种预警报警通道。实践表明,该系统可提升矿井发生紧急情况时的预警能力和应急救援效率,最大限度地减少人员伤亡防止事故扩大。
  • Abstract
    Mine disaster early warning system, vehicle management system, mine emergency shelter system, personnel positioning system, safety monitoring system have been established in all coal mines. Some coal mines have also established minepersonnel health monitoring system. More and more intelligent devices such as mine smart phone terminals, cameras, mobilephone bracelets, safety helmets have been applied in the mine, It is urgent to design a set of comprehensive command andguidance system with the joint analysis and early warning of multiple element data, so as to make full use of the latest scientific and technological means to realize the data interconnection between existing mine safety ensuring systems and intelligent equipment, unblock various early warning and alarm channels such as telephone, text message, audio broadcast, safetycap and hand-held terminal vibration, further improve the early warning ability and emergency rescue efficiency in case of emergency in the mine, and minimize casualties and prevent accident expansion.
