摘要
井下无人开采技术是未来煤矿智能化发展的趋势,智能化建设需要井下互联网平台技术作为网络传输层的基础保障,才能完全实现井上、井下的信息共享和自动控制。以陕西黄陵二号煤矿使用的基于无线以太网(WLAN)的无线自组网(Mesh)技术与Vo-WLAN技术在煤矿通信技术为例,可以通过分布式无线传输技术对采煤机打通PLC链接实现远程操控、实时设备运行监测,构建大数据存储基础,再结合虚拟可视化展开智能化、自动化、无人化采煤工艺,从而减少采煤工作面缆线数量,提高工作面传输数据可靠性和工业控制的水平,推进井下综合采煤工作面的智能化建设进程,最终实现无人化井下采煤应用情景。

Abstract
Unmanned mining technology is an intelligent development trend in the future. The key to the mine intelligentconstruction is that the internet platform technology as a network transmission means is its basic ensure to realize the information share and automatic control of ground and underground. The communication technology for the Huangling No. 2 CoalMine is wireless self-organized network( Mesh) and Vo-WLAN technology based on wireless Ethernet( WLAN) . The distributed wireless transmission technology is adopted to realize the remote operation of PLC-linked shearer and real-time equipment operation monitor. The big data storage foundation is created and the intelligent, automated and unmanned mining technique is developed based on virtual visualization to reduce the number of coal working face cables, improve the reliability ofworking face transmission data and the level of industrial control, advance the intelligent construction process of the underground mechanized working surface, and finally realize the unmanned coal mining application.
