摘要
随着防爆无轨胶轮车在现代化大型煤矿中的大规模使用,提高了煤矿生产效率和经济效益的同时,无轨胶轮车失速事故也频频发生,造成了极大的经济损失和人员伤亡。为了对失速无轨胶轮车进行柔性拦截,实现斜巷无轨运输安全,减少人员伤害,曹家滩煤矿应用了一套智能柔性无轨胶轮车失速拦截系统。该系统通过数据采集,对车辆行驶特征进行记录分析,当车辆超过限定速度时,控制器发出指令,可有效拦截失速车辆,同时所有运行状态信息可以通过云端和客户端进行实时监测,方便地面人员进行远程管控。

Abstract
With the popularization and application of explosion-proof trailless rubber wheel car in modern mines, the production efficiency and economic benefits of coal mines have been improved. At the same time, the stalling accident of tracklessrubber wheel car also happened frequently, which caused great economic loss and casualties. A set of intelligent flexibletrackless rubber wheeler stall interception system is applied in Caojiatan Coal Mine to realize the safety of trackless transportation and reduce the injury of personnel. The system records and analyzes the vehicle driving characteristics through datacollection. When the vehicle exceeds the speed limit, the controller gives instructions to intercept the stall vehicle. All running state information can be monitored in real time through the cloud and client, which is convenient for remote personnelmanagement.
